– It’s getting closer to retirement, I decided to buy a house outside the city. I looked at the option, started checking the documents, and it says that this is not a house at all, but a bathhouse. What to do? I don’t need a bathhouse, I’m going to live there permanently and I don’t want any problems. Is it possible to convert a bathhouse into a normal residential building?
– Indeed, people sometimes build a bathhouse because it is cheaper and easier than building a full-fledged house. However, they do everything “conscientiously”, insulate it, as a result of which it is quite possible to live there if desired. But this will not make the bathhouse a home - it will have to be transferred to the category of residential buildings.
